The New Gold Standard in Q-Switched Nd: YAG Laser Technology.

The PASTELLE is the New Diamond Standard in Q-Switched Laser Technology. With its outstanding results, great design and reliable technology, it is currently rewriting what we can do with Q-Switched lasers for the treatment of epidermal and dermal pigmented lesions.

The Pastelle Laser has several applications due to its various wavelengths. It provides safe and effective treatments for a variety of treatments. Click on the links below to learn more about the treatments:

  • Melasma: Melasma is a very common patchy brown, tan, or blue-gray facial skin discoloration, usually seen in women in the reproductive years. It typically appears on the upper cheeks, upper lip, forehead, and chin of women 20-50 years of age. People with olive or darker skin, like Hispanic, Asian, and Middle Eastern individuals, have higher incidences of melasma. Melasma is usually very deep at the dermal layer. That’s the reason make some other laser can not reach and treat melasma at dermal layer and sometimes can cause a burn, create PIH and make melasma even worse. Our Pastelle laser utilizes 1064nm wavelength make it reach the dermal layer and scatter melanin cells. Over the time, melasma patch will get lighter and lighter, leave the skin tone bright and even.

  • PIH (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation)

  • Tattoo Removal

  • Age spots

The PASTELLE Laser, Treats pigmentation, sun damage melasma, and even acne scars.

This Laser uses acoustic vibrations to break up the pigments which scatter into small pieces.

The benefit of the Pastelle Laser compared to the IPL or Fraxel is that it goes deeper underneath the skin and causes the Melanin to scatter.

We apply a thick carbon cream on the face in order to absorb some of the Laser and cause it to penetrate deeper into the skin.

The Pastelle laser is then applied to the skin. The non-ablative laser works by penetrating skin and targeting areas of pigmentation, such as melasma and other dark spots and lesions, destroying the melanin cells that cause them without damaging the surrounding, healthy tissue.

The Pastelle Toning treatment may also reduce pore size and the appearance of fine wrinkles, and improve the overall texture of the treated skin. Most patients need to receive 6-8 sessions of Pastelle Toning treatments to see full results.
